        "rendered": "<p>The prototype Extractor for Herb and Seed Oils has been designed for a laboratory at Meat Processing Plants. The device is equipped with a tank with a heating jacket (medium: glycol), a stirrer, a filtration chamber, a pump, shell and tube heat exchangers, valves, liquid and temperature presence sensors, ultrasonic generators, and microwaves. The use of ultrasonic and microwaves causes cavitation phenomena. As a result of this phenomenon, shearing forces are created, causing perforation of plant cells, and in combination with strong particle vibration, the extraction of desired substances occurs much faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cavitation process using ultrasonic generates powerful shearing forces that disrupt cell structures, which in turn facilitates the transport of substances between the interior of the cell and the surrounding solvent medium.
