        "rendered": "<p><strong>The microwave-assisted pulse-fluidised laboratory dryer<\/strong> is a modern device designed for the efficient drying of insect larvae, bulk materials (e.g., cereal grains), raw materials with a dense structure (e.g., root vegetables), and even <em>pet food products<\/em>. Additionally, it is suitable for processing non-edible materials, such as shredded plastics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the dryer\u2019s process chamber, a pulsating fluidised bed is created, which lifts the material, ensuring even and effective moisture evaporation. The process is enhanced by the combined action of microwaves and hot air in a closed-loop system, which accelerates water removal from both the surface layers and deeper structures of the material. As the moisture content decreases, the dried material is gradually lifted higher, allowing for smooth movement towards the discharge point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66%\">\n<p>The device\u2019s design enables operation in both batch and continuous modes, with a drying capacity of up to <strong>10 kg\/h<\/strong>, depending on the type of raw material and the installed microwave power.
