The microwave-assisted pulse-fluidised laboratory dryer<\/strong> is a modern device designed for the efficient drying of insect larvae, bulk materials (e.g., cereal grains), raw materials with a dense structure (e.g., root vegetables), and even pet food products<\/em>. Additionally, it is suitable for processing non-edible materials, such as shredded plastics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the dryer\u2019s process chamber, a pulsating fluidised bed is created, which lifts the material, ensuring even and effective moisture evaporation. The process is enhanced by the combined action of microwaves and hot air in a closed-loop system, which accelerates water removal from both the surface layers and deeper structures of the material.
