Microwave Furnace for Rubber Heating

The Microwave Furnace for Rubber Heating is used for preheating material on a conveyor belt – up to a maximum of 200°C, initiating the rubber vulcanization process. The device housing is made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a computer and a control program for device operation, allowing adjustment of microwave power, activation of infrared heaters, and temperature control during the process. Both microwave generators and infrared heaters can be turned off in specific sections. At the microwave generators, there are 3-pin regulators, which enable the improvement of microwave energy transmission efficiency from the microwave generator to the material subjected to microwave action. The device is equipped with microwave leakage meters and sensors (at the input and output of the machine), as well as a manual extinguishing system. Additionally, the device has pyrometers to monitor the material temperature.
