Description
The Pulso-Fluid Dryer was designed for the purpose of drying selected insect larvae, and it can also be successfully used for granular materials and those with a dense structure. In the process chamber, a pulsating fluidized bed is created, which lifts the material. Additionally, during the process, microwave and hot air interactions are utilized in a closed-loop system, facilitating the removal of water from the internal and external layers of the material. As the moisture content in the material decreases, it is lifted higher, allowing it to move smoothly towards the discharge point. The device can operate in batch or continuous mode, achieving a throughput of 1 t/h. The entire process is controlled from an operator panel with specialized software, and all parameters are recorded during the process.
