The device utilises a pulsating magnetic field to process meat in hermetically sealed packaging, enhancing its quality and shelf life.

Operation

Once packaged, the meat is placed on a conveyor belt, where it is exposed to a magnetic field (up to 0.6 T). This process:

  • Improves texture and water-binding capacity,
  • Increases shelf life by reducing undesirable chemical changes,
  • Limits pathogen growth.

Control

The control panel allows for conveyor speed adjustment, magnetic plate height regulation, and process optimisation.
